Appointments
Our office offers appointments in
Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. Dental appointments can be made with any of our associate
dentists. We welcome new families to join our fun practice!
The office attempts to schedule
appointments at your convenience and when time is available.
Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are
fresher and we can work more slowly with the child for their
comfort. School children with a lot of work to be done should be
seen in the morning for the same reason. Dental appointments are an
excused absence. Missing school can be kept to a minimum when
regular dental care is continued.
Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient we
ask that you please notify our office 24 hours in advance of your
scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your
appointment. Another patient who needs our care could be scheduled
if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that
unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this
regard.
Dental Fees and Payments
Our office policy is payment of fees at the time services are
rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If any
questions or problems arise regarding your account, please notify
us.
Dental insurance usually does not cover the full cost of dental
care. It is designed to reduce our cost, but not to eliminate it
completely. You are fully responsible for all fees charged by this
office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Our staff will assist
you in applying for the maximum benefits available under your
policy. As a courtesy to you, we will help you complete your
insurance forms. Please obtain your insurance forms in advance,
complete your portion, and bring the forms along with benefit
information on your first visit. We accept cash, credit cards,
personal checks, Care Credit and Capital One financing.
